Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant (GTM SaaS) — Tampa, FL (In-office) Scale With Strive

Scale With Strive is a boutique GTM search partner to early-stage, VC-backed SaaS companies (Cybersecurity, Dev Tools, Data, AI). We help founders, CROs, and VPs build the teams that take them from “we’ve got product-market fit” to “we’re scaling revenue.”

The role

• You’ll run full-cycle search and headhunt the top 1% of GTM talent:
• Build target lists, map orgs, and develop candidate pipelines
• Run outbound across Linked In/email/calls and close candidates
• Partner with founders / CROs as a consultative hiring advisor
• Manage multiple searches at once without dropping standards

What we’re looking for

• 12+ months experience in agency recruitment (360 or strong delivery with appetite to go 360)
• You actually enjoy headhunting and getting people on the phone
• High activity, high standards, and allergic to excuses
• Interest in SaaS / GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, CS)
