Recruiter, Talent Manager

Our client, a telecommunications firm based in Tampa, is seeking a contract-to-permanent Recruiter/HR Generalist to join their team. This position requires a flexible hybrid in-office schedule (1-2 days on-site).

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Handling the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles such as Project Managers, Permit Coordinators, Network Technicians, Quality Assurance Associates, etc.
• Collaborating with hiring managers on job specifications to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline
• Contribute to and help build a world-class recruitment processes that focuses on candidate experience and finding top talent
• Manage HRIS and maintain employee records/data
• Support the on-boarding and off-boarding process

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience handling the full cycle recruitment process with some experience in HR Operations
• Ability to manage and handle high-volume requisitions in an organized manner
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaison effectively with hiring managers
