  • $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Based on Experience!

Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family‑owned maintenance supply company with 29 branches nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail‑minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant
  • Source a sufficient number of new candidates by posting available positions. Review applicants from job boards and those applicants that have applied through the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to source and qualify candidates.
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens.
  • Work directly with candidates and hiring managers in some cases regarding interview scheduling.
  • Provide follow‑up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate onboarding processes as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed.
Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
  • You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
