Segrera Associates has partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity–backed industrial infrastructure services company is seeking a hands‑on Director of Human Resources to help scale people, processes, and performance across a dynamic field and corporate workforce.

This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership to build structure, strengthen culture, and support continued growth and integration initiatives.


** PLEASE NOTE, only candidates with construction, engineering, industrial services experience and candidates already living in the Tampa Bay area, commutable daily to Pinellas County will be considered for this role.**

What You’ll Own
  • Talent strategy: recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
  • Performance reviews, merit cycles, and leadership support
  • Payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and HR operations
  • Employee relations, compliance, and workers’ compensation
  • HR team leadership and process optimization
  • Cross‑functional partnership across Operations, Sales, Finance & Leadership
  • Support for acquisitions, integrations, and organizational change
  • Strengthening scalable HR systems and reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or field‑based environments strongly preferred
  • Background in PE‑backed, high‑growth, or multi‑entity organizations
  • Strong experience across recruiting, performance management, payroll & benefits
  • Exposure to M&A diligence and post‑acquisition integration a plus
  • Hands‑on leader comfortable building structure in evolving environments
