We’re looking for an Experienced Finance Recruiter to join our US team. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role where you’ll connect top talent with leading clients and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.

• End-to-end recruitment: Source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates in CFO, finance, and strategic roles.
• Career consultancy: Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and negotiations.
• Business development: Generate new client opportunities, win mandates, and grow long-term relationships with PE-backed businesses.
• Market insights: Research, analyse, and provide intelligence to clients and candidates.
• Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates to support ongoing deal flow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other practice teams to maximise opportunities.
• Client advisory: Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate availability.

• Uncapped commission with clear progression to Director level.
• Exposure to senior leadership, including Camino Search Managing Director, Head of US Finance and CEO
