Job Summary Assist with the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's employee development programs and talent management processes including selection and succession management. MAIN

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with the creation and rollout of job specific training to support manufacturing locations.
* Assist with the creation and rollout of Leadership training for all salaried employees.
* Assist with development and implementation of Talent and Learning Modules in Workday.
* Assist with development and rollout of talent management processes including succession planning and development plans.
* Assist with the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's employee development programs and talent management processes including training, development, and succession planning. EMPLOYEE

QUALIFICATIONS:

*
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
    * Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
    * Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the company and externally.
    * Proficient knowledge of different social media platforms, and an overall interest in business promotion through social media.
    * Experience in posting and monitoring social media accounts through Hootsuite.
    * Familiar with a variety of human resource concepts, practices and procedures.
    * Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    * Exemplary time management and task prioritization skills.
