As a Travel Therapy Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing therapy professionals (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and more) in travel assignments nationwide. You will build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the job search and placement process while ensuring an exceptional experience. Two plus years of travel therapy recruiting is highly desired.

• Proactively source and recruit qualified therapy professionals through various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, networking, etc.)
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities
• Negotiate contracts, salaries, and benefits to create mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and beyond
• Provide excellent customer service and support to travelers throughout their assignments
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client staffing needs are met

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you thrive on building relationships and connecting with people
• Sales-minded and goal-driven – you enjoy challenges and the thrill of meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or healthcare staffing is a plus, but not required – we provide full training!
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player
• Proficiency with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
