**** Summary of the Compensation Analyst
** We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst.  In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our compensation programs globally.  Reporting into the Director, Total Rewards, this position partners closely with Global teams, including HR Business Partners, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS.  This person will also heavily collaborate with the local International HR teams to ensure successful design, delivery and communications of Compensation programs.
** Responsibilities for the Compensation Analyst
*** Partner in a successful execution of annual and compensation cycles, including merit, adjustments, promotions, and bonus
* Ensures legal compliance with federal and state laws
* Manage the Company’s rewards & recognition programs
* Preparation and pre-program launch support, data review/organization for planning, testing/system configuration for program, communications to leaders, managers and employees
* Responsible for job matching, job profile creation and updates in Workday, market-range development, employee job data audit & compliance activities
* Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and internal analytics
* Evaluate job descriptions and determine appropriate market matches
* Annual survey planning and submission, ad-hoc survey support.  Keeping up on trends and practices, evaluating current practices and adjusting as needed
* Partner with HRBPs and leaders to provide compensation guidance
* Ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
** Qualifications of the Compensation Analyst
*** Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a dedicated compensation role as part of an international rewards team
* Advanced Excel skills – using data manipulation techniques to offer insights and define solutions to business challenges, as well as use of formulas such as look-ups, pivot tables, charts etc. to enhance analysis, employee/manager education and to communicate clear recommendations
* Experience with Workday a plus
* Excellent customer service focus (employees, managers, colleagues & senior leaders)
* Strong proactive communication skills

*** Ability to quickly and thoughtfully navigate multiple priorities – identifying issues, setting clear priorities, evaluating options, engaging stakeholders, and proactively driving effective solutions
* Ability to lead initiatives independently and create credibility with local, and global, leaders and employees
* Ability to clearly present complex issues & solutions in a way suitable for various audiences
* Ability to partner with, and influence, teammates and business
* A proactive, action-oriented individual who takes initiative and moves projects forward without needing detailed direction
