After nearly 3 years of recruiting within the US from the UK, we're seeking our first US based recruiter to join the business and work alongside our Co-Founder in launching a new office in Tampa. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter to help shape our US operations during the early stages of Aretiforce having boots on the ground in the US.
This role will be full 360 recruitment placing Salesforce talent on a perm/ contract basis, with the view of managing a team as we scale the office.
Key Responsibilities- Full 360 role, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Source, identify, and engage top Salesforce professionals across various levels, from developers to architects and beyond.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce market to advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of Salesforce professionals, leveraging industry connections and attending relevant events (virtually or in-person).
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and client feedback.
- Working closely to US Eastern timezone to align with our customer base
- 4+ years experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally placing Salesforce, ERP or Sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Experience using Job Adder as a CRM is a plus.
