We’re hiring Senior / Lead Recruitment Consultants into two high-growth US recruitment businesses, led by founders who have scaled, exited and rebuilt multiple recruitment brands.

This is not a "start-from-scratch" opportunity. You’ll be stepping into established, revenue-generating desks with warm clients, active job flow and genuine headroom.

• Are already billing consistently and want bigger upside
• Feel capped, constrained or boxed into a desk with limited growth
• Want leaders who know how to scale markets, not micromanage activity
• Expect to be paid properly for performance
• Established US-focused desks with existing clients and live demand
• Clear market ownership and space to scale your niche
• Autonomy to run your desk like a business
• Zero ceiling on earnings
• 360 "full desk" experience preferred (open to delivery / talent consultants ready to own BD)
• Tech experience ideally, but strong market recruiters welcomed
• Commercially sharp, competitive and outcome-driven
• Comfortable in a high-performance, adult environment
• Uncapped commission up to 30% - no threshold
• Flexible working (WFH a couple of days per week)
• 12pm finishes on Fridays
• Fully paid Xmas–New Year shutdown
