Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist who can operate both strategically and hands-on across all areas of Human Resources.

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Payroll and manage related tasks such as monitorning time sheets, setting up new employee profiles, etc...
• Maintain HR information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Assist managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee relations and performance management processes
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have hands-on experince with ADP Payroll - required
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - important
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist exposure
• Experience recruiting talent across multiple functions within an organization
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus
