Job Summary
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Talent Coordinator to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
NON RECRUITMENT ROLE Must reside near Tampa; the role will be remote, then hybrid mid‑2027.
Salary: $34 – $34.5 per hour

- Support full‑cycle recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Partner with recruiters and HR leaders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely follow‑up with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding processes, background checks, and compliance documentation.
- Provide reporting and analytics to support recruitment strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting support.
- Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
