Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Our client, a leading organization in workforce development, is seeking a Career Coach
-in Pinellas to join their dedicated team. As a Career Coach you will be instrumental in supporting individuals on their journey toward self-sufficient employment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a passion for empowering others, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Career Coach
Location: Pinellas County
Pay Range: $19-20/hr
Shift: 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?- Coordinate services to customers including the development, implementation, and tracking of career plans and assessments.
- Provide coaching on program requirements, employment strategies, vocational training, and job search techniques.
- Develop individualized career goal-oriented plans to help clients achieve stable, self-sufficient employment.
- Address customer needs and barriers, creating resolution plans with clear outcome timelines.
- Assist clients in developing training accounts, financial plans, and budgets to support their employment goals.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of employment services, workforce programs, and assessment tools.
- Ability to develop personalized employment and training plans.
- Experience in case management and providing customer service.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to travel locally as needed.
