Summary

The specialist will be part of People Services and has responsibility for conducting in depth review of the US/PR savings plans elections and deductions in the different systems.

Position Responsibilities
  • Administration and understanding of US/PR Savings Plans to support, drive, and execute process improvements, testing and documentation of process and analysis of plan activities
  • Support the Senior Specialist to ensure the indicative demographic files to be used in processing are timely and accurate
  • Coordinate process improvement project plans to support delivery on time
  • Familiarize themselves and ramp up on systems (e.g. Service Now, Fidelity PSW, Workday, etc.) to support deliverables
  • Support escalation and resolution of queries, issues
  • Ensure required policy and procedures documentation is in place, Knowledge Articles are streamlined and updated as needed, and provide recommendations for content articles to resolve common questions.
  • Coordinates with HR, Payroll and other departments and stakeholders to communicate changes as necessary
Desired Experience Must have requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with Savings Plans (401k, Thrift plans) at a plan administrator or analyst level
  • Knowledge of Workday and ADP or ability to quickly learn and use Workday and other related systems and applications
  • Advance practical knowledge of Excel is required
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
  • Experience coordinating mid to small project plans using relevant tools and strong organization skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of process flows, mapping and relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within internal and external team environments
  • Ability to gain a thorough understanding of the client HR Services solution and the people who support it.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to be results oriented and highly organized
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have
  • Preferred experience working in a HR service center environment.
