Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 29 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Recruiting Coordinator.

The Recruiting Coordinator
  • Coordinate and manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires and internal candidates
  • Process and monitor background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and driver compliance requirements
  • Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Maintain and audit multiple reports, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and streamline interview and onboarding processes
  • Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to prevent delays in start dates
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, urgent hiring needs, and changing deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
Requirements
  • Ability to work in high volume environments.
  • You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation
  • You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
