Junior HR Business Partner – Health

Responsibilities

• Provides support to managers and employees on human resources‑related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
• Processes non‑faculty recruitment and personnel actions including appointment extensions, FTE changes, terminations and offer letters.
• Participates in unit timecard oversight and line manager support as necessary to ensure timely pay for non‑exempt employees.
• May support volunteer appointments.
• Leads, creates, and/or supports special project initiatives and deliverables.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree ‑OR‑ equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience ‑OR‑ HR Internship experience.

Demonstrates expertise in human resources support, including recruitment processes, personnel actions, and compliance with corporate policies. Capable of managing timecard oversight and contributing to special project initiatives.
