• Process multi‑employee payroll accurately and on schedule, including audits and reconciliations
• Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits questions from employees

• Partner with HR and accounting to improve processes and ensure data accuracy

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and benefits platforms
