Sea World Parks & Entertainment is seeking a VP of Human Resources to direct all people-related functions, develop and execute HR strategies, and lead high-volume recruitment for part-time and seasonal roles across our parks. This leader will balance strategic oversight with tactical execution and champion company culture and values.
The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, at least five years of HR leadership experience, and a proven track record managing large teams.
