Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking events
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview processes across multiple stages
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
