, we areseekinga highly motivated individual for the position of Compensation and HR Systems Administrator.

The Opportunity:

The Compensation and HR Systems Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of compensation processes and HR technology platforms. This role helps maintain accurate employee, job, compensation, and organizational data; prepares standard reports; supports annual compensation planning activities; assists with HR system updates, testing, and troubleshooting; and maintains process documentation. The position partners with People team members, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent execution of established processes.

Compensation Administration Support
  • Support routine administration of compensation processes, including approved salary adjustments, promotions, incentives, and annual compensation planning activities.
  • Maintain compensation-related files, salary range tables, job data, and approval documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Prepare standard compensation reports and data files for review by People Business Partners, Finance, and HR leadership.
  • Track approvals, deadlines, and required documentation to support accurate and timely execution of compensation processes.
