One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Payroll Specialist located in Tampa, Fl. Workday experience required (1 year experience preferred) if not, they should understand how to process payroll in Workday)), total of 4+ years' experience in payroll (someone with multi-state experience), able to process fast-paced and complex payrolls. Years of experience
- Prefer 4+ years or more Workday, knowledge of AI tools (Co-Pilot) - prefer knowledge and understanding of AI tools. We are utilizing Co-Pilot and Workday AI tools. If they do not have experience, they will be way behind. They will be expected to catch up.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Accurate data entry of the HRIS/Payroll system.
• Apply Firm policies, processes, and procedures.
• Process payroll corrections as required; escalate issues to Payroll Manager.
• Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Responsible for accurately processing all wage garnishments, levies, and child support deductions.
• Generate and distribute payroll reporting as needed.

  Work closely with HR, finance, and employees to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Address inquiries and research issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with regular audit of data entry records.
