We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruitment team. As a key contributor to the talent acquisition process, the professional will focus on identifying and attracting high-quality candidates, supporting the recruiting team in building a robust talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including Linked In, job boards, referrals, and social media, to proactively identify potential candidates.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Conduct research on talent trends, competitor hiring patterns, and compensation data to support recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational culture.
- Recruiter Support: Help facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate candidate communications and follow-ups. Support the hiring team with offer letters, onboarding documents, and reference check coordination.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update company recruiting documents and spreadsheets. Prepare and distribute job descriptions, and reporting materials. Assist Executive Team with projects as needed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and pipeline status.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics.
- Creative and resourceful in candidate search and engagement methods.
