HR Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a HR Assistant II to join their team. As a HR Assistant II, you will be part of the HR support department, assisting the HR support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Rate : $22/hr

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications

+ Answer inbound phone calls related to payroll inquiries, LOA, and other HR questions

+ Create and manage cases using Service Now case management software

+ Partner with payroll team to resolve employee payroll inquiries effectively

+ Support day-to-day HR functions such as employee verifications, tuition reimbursement processing, and policy questions

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or HR support role

+

Experience with case management software, preferably Service Now, and call management systems

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

+ Spanish language skills highly preferred
