Sonny’s Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as the initial HR contact for front line employees, managers, and external parties. You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and HRIS transactions, advising senior HR leaders on complex matters.

This is an on-site role at our corporate headquarters in Tamarac, FL, requiring collaboration with the HR Director and VP of HR for broader issues.
