- Service, troubleshoot, program, and test enterprise‑grade security systems
- Work with networked IP video, Access Control, Intrusion, and Visitor Management platforms
- Diagnose and resolve issues both on‑site and via remote access
- Install, configure, repair, and support system components including:
- Electrified and mechanical door hardware
- IP & analog cameras
- Head‑end video systems
- Ancillary door and alarm devices
- Perform system audits, repairs, upgrades, and detailed documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with end users
- Access Control expertise
- Security systems troubleshooting
- CCTV support and service
- Customer‑facing technical support
- Alarm & IoT system repair
- Strong understanding of networked security devices
(Certification or working proficiency in any of the following is a plus):
Access Control Systems
Pro‑Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, Open Path
Video / VMS Platforms
Axis, Exacq, Milestone, Max Pro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha
Locking Hardware
ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite
Intrusion Systems
Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP
What Makes You a Great Fit- Proven experience in troubleshooting Access Control & CCTV systems
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Mechanically and technically inclined
- Able to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies—training investment is provided
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–5+ years in security service, low voltage, or related technical role
- Relevant security certifications are a plus (many listed above)
- Must be able to meet physical requirements (ladder work, lifting, etc.)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $104000.00/yr.
