AboutThe Role
Peraton requires Systems Administrators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM. This position is located at Mac Dill AFB in Florida.
Responsibilities- Support Operations and Maintenance for SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order to provide Net Ops, system and network infrastructure maintenance, end-user and common device support, configuration, change, license, and asset management, training, and IMAC services.
- SCCM Administrators perform tier one and two network support in accordance with the SIE OPORD.
- Implement and maintain the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of Windows operating systems, applications, and software updates to client devices.
- Troubleshoot client-related issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Deploy applications using SCCM.
- Manage application dependencies and conflicts.
- Manage the deployment of software updates, including Windows updates, third-party updates, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM-related issues, including client device problems and application deployment issues.
- Provide technical support to other IT teams and end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCCM infrastructure, including configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with other IT teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Min 9 years with HS Diploma, 7 years AS/AA degree, 5 years with BS/BA degree, 3 years with MS/MA
- A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
- DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II
Qualifications:
- VMware Certified Associate (VCA) OR VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) OR Microsoft Certified:
Azure Administrator Associate - MCSA Server 2016/2019 OR AWS Sys Ops Administrator Associate OR Nutanix Certified Professional OR MCTS: SCCM
- Experience with other Microsoft products (Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, or other Microsoft cloud services)
Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
