Service Now - Integration Developer

6 Months Contract

Role Description:

Container Vulnerability Management:
Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation.

Infrastructure Vulnerability Workflow:
Define processes and workflows to manage vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses that are not currently mapped to specific assets within the Service Now Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Reporting and Governance:
Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness.

• 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the Service Now platform
• 4+ years of experience with Service Now development with a focus on integrations
• Understanding of Service Now data model, tables and relationships
• Extensive experience with Service Now integration solutions including:
  Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
• Experience developing Service Now APIs, Service Now Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
• Experience with Service Now Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
• Knowledge of Service Now orchestration for automating IT processes
• Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques
• Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB
• Good knowledge and experience with Service Now CSDM framework
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations
• Familiarity with Service Now Performance Analytics
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
• Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
