Capture Manager; Government Services

This position is based in Tampa, FL, and focuses on driving growth in the Federal Government market through strategic capture management and proposal efforts.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic growth plans and identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing all activities related to capture efforts, including planning, team coordination, and customer engagement.
• Leading win strategy, competitive assessment, and proposal development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Overseeing proposal processes, including compliance, quality, and timeliness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Government contract acquisition and implementation.
• Knowledge of FAR and GSA compliance.
• Experience analyzing RFPs and managing proposal teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred: DAWIA Level II or FAC-C certification.
