The opportunity:
This is a chance to rebuild the B2B Growth Engine of a scaling company (Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing). You’ll step into ambiguity, diagnose what’s broken, and create the systems that drive predictable pipeline and real revenue.
As a performance-driven marketer this person will connect dots across teams, think in experiments, and move at the speed of a startup while operating with enterprise discipline.
You will:
- Own the overall Marketing Strategy; sharpen positioning, messaging, and differentiation for enterprise buyers.
- Evolve our product marketing strategy, turning product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that Sales can use to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to target the right accounts, accelerate deal cycles, and support renewals and expansions.
- Drive growth through hands-on execution across digital channels: paid search, paid social, retargeting, lifecycle, ABM, and anything else that moves the pipeline.
- Build the funnels, dashboards, and attribution models that make performance visible and let us double down on what works.
- Manage and develop a team of ~8+ across product marketing, digital, lifecycle, and demand gen, raising the bar on performance and execution.
- Use AI, automation, and rapid testing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
