Required qualifications
- Previous experience asa Travel Coordinatoror similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of5years’experience with a BS/BA or3years’ experience with an MS/MAor0years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' w/o any degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AA degree
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

ResponsibilitiesAs aTravel Coordinator - Senioryou will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
- Leads travel coordination across the TO, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and responsiveness. Directs travel planning, documentation, and emergencyresolutionto support mission readiness and operational continuity.
- Leads planning and execution of CONUS/OCONUS travelin accordance with
JTR and TO policy. - Oversees preparation of expense authorizations and funding validation.
- Coordinates with Contracts and Finance to ensure travel alignment with CLINs and PRDs.
- Maintains and audits travel records and expense reports.
- Supports Program Manager in travel governance and reporting.
- Resolves complex travel issues and escalations.
- Interfaces with vendors and government staff to ensure travel continuity.
- Supervises junior travel staff and ensures procedural compliance.
- Adviseson travel budgetutilizationand optimization.
- Integrates travel data into PMP, MSRs, andTask Order portal.
