ROLE - IT Support and Systems Administrator
* This role is on-site and reports into our Tampa, FL office
Provide tier 1-2 support in a modern hybrid environment, ensuring secure, reliable access to systems, applications and services for on-site and remote employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive and Share Point
- Manage user identities in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra )
- Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune or Endpoint Central
- Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts (EDR, antivirus)
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues
- Assist with server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and backups (Cohesity)
- Maintain IT documentation and end-user training materials
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with vendors, MSPs, and service providers to resolve advanced issues
- Windows 10/11 administration
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Endpoint management, patching, and compliance enforcement
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
- Basic cybersecurity best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Power Shell scripting and task automation
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure infrastructure
- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or MDM platforms
- Knowledge to maintain Network Infrastructure (HP Aruba Switches, Forti Gate Firewalls, Windows Servers)
- Security tools or SIEM platforms
- Experience supporting SaaS applications and integrations
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA) a plus
