For our World Triathlon Corporation d/b/a The IRONMAN Group in Tampa, Florida, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Analyst, Economic Impact & Partner Measurement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Step into a role where no two days are the same, and your impact is felt far beyond your desk. You will play a key role in supporting IRONMAN’s Business Development initiatives and data-driven storytelling. This individual will work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to measure and communicate the economic, social, and brand impact of IRONMAN events globally.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent data visualization skills, and a passion for translating numbers into actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with IRONMAN’s agency partners to design, manage, and deliver economic impact studies and sponsorship valuation reports.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources – including event operations, tourism boards, sponsors, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain project management process to manage timelines, deliverables, and communicate due dates and expected report deliveries.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Support post-event analyses by identifying trends, measuring ROI, and benchmarking performance across markets and event types.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights and presentations for executive, commercial, and partner audiences.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and methodological rigor in all measurement deliverables.
  • Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Providing overarching support of the Global Partnerships and Event Business Development Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence team.
Requirements What You Bring to the Team

We’re Looking For Someone Who Doesn’t Just Tick Boxes, But Thrives In Our Fast-paced, Global Environment. Ideally, You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, insights, research, or sponsorship measurement.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with survey design, statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python), and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, tourism, or sponsorship measurement.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution and economic impact modeling.
  • Presentation building skills and experience.
