Vice President, IT​/Tech

If you’re a senior perm biller who’s been nudged toward “pure leadership” but doesn’t want to give up billing, this one’s for you. This is a real player–coach role inside a fast-growing international talent group. The perm desk is already profitable, the office has recently doubled in size and the business is investing because it works - not because it’s broken.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Running and growing the perm function across Tech, Digital & Engineering
• Owning a niche within a niche (think Tech within Data, AI, Health Tech, Med Tech, Bio Tech)
• Billing yourself and leading from the front (this isn’t a figurehead role)
• Hiring, mentoring and managing a small team (3–4 consultants)
• Winning new business, growing key accounts and building long-term client relationships
• Having a real say in strategy as part of a wider group of specialist brands

• A proven tech perm biller (tech experience is essential)
• Strong in 360 recruitment and Business Development
• Already leading (or ready to step into) a small, high-performing team
• Commercial, competitive and motivated by growth
• Someone who enjoys a high bar and clear expectations

• Uncapped commission up to 30% - no threshold
• You’re paid to bill and build (no trade-off)
• Flexible working (WFH a couple of days a week)
• 12pm finish on Fridays
• Fully paid Christmas–New Year shutdown
