Coke Florida is searching for an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager based out of our Tampa HQ area office, working Monday‑Friday.

What You Will Do:

The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the technology infrastructure that supports a large, multi‑site bottling and distribution operation of approximately 5,500 employees across Florida. This role combines technical depth with people leadership, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of core infrastructure services, networks, and platforms critical to manufacturing, distribution, and corporate functions. The manager oversees a team of technical professionals and serves as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues spanning cloud, on‑premises, and network environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of progressive, hands‑on infrastructure experience and a minimum of 3 years managing technical staff in a complex, multi‑site enterprise setting. The manager must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a strong onsite presence in Tampa and periodic travel to bottling and distribution centers throughout Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Leadership and Strategy
  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, collaboration platforms, and core IT services across all Florida sites.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps that align with business priorities, cybersecurity requirements, operational technology needs, and documentation.
  • Define and enforce infrastructure standards, patterns, and reference architectures to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across bottling plants, warehouses, and corporate offices.
  • Partner with senior IT and business leaders to translate operational requirements into robust infrastructure solutions.
Team Management and People Leadership
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Assign work, set priorities, and oversee execution of projects and operational tasks to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and security policies.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.
  • Coordinate with other IT functions (Cybersecurity, OT, Applications, Service Desk) for cohesive end‑to‑end service delivery and effective incident response.
Operations, Monitoring, and Incident Management
  • Oversee daily operations of enterprise infrastructure, including on‑premise data centers, virtualized environments, cloud services, and core network and security components.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to maintain high availability and performance of critical systems.
