Role Overview

The Content Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning and development solutions across complex, cross-functional environments. This role blends instructional design expertise, project management rigor, and stakeholder leadership to drive measurable performance outcomes in fast-paced, federal healthcare IT environments.

Key Responsibilities Learning Design & Development
  • Design and develop engaging, workflow-driven learning solutions including videos, simulations, job aids, and role-based learning journeys.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) to create blended learning experiences aligned to business objectives and end‑user needs.
  • Management of iterative content.
  • Ensure compliance with federal standards, including Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Project & Program Leadership
  • Lead multiple concurrent eLearning and training initiatives, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Drive projects from initiation through delivery, consistently achieving on‑time and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, establish objectives, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder & SME Collaboration
  • Partner with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to capture knowledge, identify pain points, and translate complex workflows into effective training solutions.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across technical, clinical, and business stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality.
  • Leverage technology and tools (e.g., Text‑to‑Speech AI, LMS platforms, collaboration tools) to reduce effort, streamline workflows, and improve learner experience.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks, particularly in high‑visibility or time‑sensitive initiatives.
  • Ensure learning solutions meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, provide durations of change requests, and evaluate new solution for eLearning and curriculum development.
Requirements Core Competencies
  • Learning & Development Programs | Training Delivery
  • eLearning Design & Authoring (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Text‑to‑Speech AI Tools)
  • Multimedia Development (Video, Graphics, Audio, Screen Capture)
  • Learning Management Systems (uLearn, Oracle Health Learning Portal)
  • Oracle Health/Cerner EHR Clinical Workflows
  • Project Management (Agile & Waterfall)
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relationship Management
  • Risk Mitigation & Process Improvement
  • Ability to assist with eLearning and Curriculum Development tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in learning, healthcare IT, or related environments.
  • BA/BS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and delivery excellence.
  • Proven Project Management experience.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Federal government eLearning experience, including Section 508 accessibility compliance.

  • Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.

    Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off.
