Technical Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in defining system architecture and collaborating with engineering and AI teams to ensure technical feasibility while optimizing AI performance and product quality.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of AI‑enabled technical products while ensuring end‑to‑end architectural alignment with engineering and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, AI engineers, and UX/UI teams to ensure product feasibility, user‑centric design, and high‑quality technical execution.
• Define data strategies for gathering, cleaning, and managing datasets required for training, optimizing, and improving AI models.
• Monitor AI agent performance using data insights and feedback to enhance accuracy, behavior, and overall client value.
• Serve as a technical liaison between teams and clients—translating business needs into technical specifications and supporting client onboarding and training.
• Oversee post‑launch support, compliance adherence (including Info Sec and data privacy standards), and ensure AI solutions are built with ethical, unbiased frameworks.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 8–10 years of product management experience, with significant focus on technical, AI‑driven, or architecture‑heavy product environments.
• Strong expertise in collaborating with engineering, AI, and data science teams to define system architectures, data strategies, and technically feasible product features.
• Proven ability to manage compliance‑driven technical initiatives, including Info Sec, data privacy, and ethical AI requirements, while supporting end‑to‑product delivery.
