We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead and optimize the technology platforms that power our operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to evaluate business processes, manage system roadmaps, drive system enhancements, and ensure seamless integrations across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy, configuration, implementation, and optimization of core business applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical requirements
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and automations
- Drive data integrity, reporting quality, and documentation standards
- Partner with external vendors on delivery and support initiatives
- Support change management, end-user enablement, and adoption efforts
- 3+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or process optimization roles
- Experience managing enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems)
- Experience with programming languages, databases, EDI, Power Automate
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvement
