An Integration Specialist co-op is responsible for supporting the Integration Specialist group in hardware/software integration and implementation. This is an entry level position and carries out work assignments of limited scope and complexity. Uses a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques in solving problems. Assists more senior engineers in carrying out technical tasks.

- Support hardware/software integration on a variety of flight simulator platforms
- OS and software deployments
- Cyber security posture enforcement
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Develop scripts and tools
- Must be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree (or higher level) college/university program majoring in an Engineering discipline, preferably Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Must be familiar with C++ and/or C# programming languages
- Must be willing to learn new procedures and applications
- Must have good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) and concepts
- Understanding of Configuration Management
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
- Familiarity with C++, C#, or Python programming languages a plus
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS- May be required to sit down for long lengths of time.
- May be required to climb stairs.
- Must be able to climb stairs to enter and exit a simulator.
- Must be able to support rack mounted equipment (up to 7 feet off the ground).
