This role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of AV/VTC equipment. This position will also assist with documentation implementation and operational support of each project and participation in a joint on-call support rotation.

• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers’ event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to help maintain customer spaces including, but not limited to: testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware components.
• Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to: meeting support, general break-fix maintenance, video/audio recording support.
• Provide field service support of networked devices.
• Understand and adhere to local safety standards for all site duties.
• Provide job site documentation and end-user training as needed.
• Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
• Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends when required.
• Deliver a “white glove” level of customer support to all clients.
• Maintains delivery, return and tracking for AV loaner equipment.
• Back up to Video engineer; video on demand.

• Minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience with AV system maintenance.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification (or certified by date of hire).
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
