LKF and Initial Setup- Order License Key File (LKF) via IOP (Integrated Operations Portal).
- Import LKF to Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) via IOP.
- Generate Site/Install (integration) file via IOP and deliver to integrator (VZW Operations or contractor).
- Use the ENM Scripting Server to verify communication paths between ENM and baseband/radio.
- Confirm node synchronization state.
- Validate node software is current; perform ENM-based software upgrades if required.
- Verify PTP timing and address deviations.
- Execute Post Integration Script via ENM Scripting Server.
- Execute Post Upgrade Script via ENM Scripting Server.
- Execute combined Post Integration + Upgrade Scripts as applicable.
- Build ERAN via the feature activation tool for carrier aggregation (Macro new build/mod only).
- Run 4X scripts in the SAT Tool (if not covered by install files).
- Coordinate with tower crews for radio swap-outs; use the scripting tool and SAT Tool to add/delete radios on existing basebands (Macro/SC mod only).

- Generate router configuration fields using VZW-approved tools.
- Run configuration scripts on B40s; coordinate with field support to establish links to the new router.
- Collaborate with VZW engineering teams to correct records in CND, INAM, and other systems as needed to complete integration.
- Collect configuration data from legacy routers; generate new configuration files for replacement routers using VZW-approved tools.
- Remove configuration from MLS routers and add configurations to B40 routers for eNSE network migrations.
- Validate reachability, routing adjacencies, management plane access, and service KPIs after cutover.
- Start‑of‑day review of IOP/ENM work queues, scheduled integrations, and change windows.
- Execute database and router integration tasks per MOP/SOP within defined maintenance windows.
- Real‑time collaboration with field techs, integrators, and transport teams via bridge/Teams.
