In response to continued growth and strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This pivotal role will be instrumental in delivering large-scale ERP implementations that optimise operational efficiencies for a diverse client portfolio. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, playing a vital part in shaping innovative solutions that meet complex business needs.

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Conduct discovery and diagnostic sessions to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Provide expert guidance during all project phases, from initial planning through to post-implementation support.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and create comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project teams through complex deployment cycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Support clients with post-go-live troubleshooting and ongoing optimisations.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to existing and prospective customers, showcasing value and potential.
• Travel as required, up to 50%, to client sites and project locations.
• Minimum of 5 years' hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in similar environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple ERP projects.
• Strong expertise with embedded reporting and familiarity with third‑party reporting tools such as Jet Reports and Analytics.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL Server, .NET, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Ability to interpret and model complex business processes, particularly in distribution and manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50%, as required.
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related Microsoft technologies.
• Working knowledge of Print Vis or similar add‑on products.
• Familiarity with scripting, integration, or automation tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
• An adaptable approach to quickly learn and apply new business processes and applications.
