General Summary

The Modernization Manager is a key member of the Connect Wise post-sale organization responsible for executing strategic initiatives designed to transform our partners’ legacy solutions and services into our modernized Connect Wise Stack. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive digital transformation that sets our partner’s up for long-term success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess a partner’s readiness to migrate from Automate to RMM.
  • Manage accountability through a guided onboarding experience.
  • Initiate nurture campaigns based on migration progress.
  • Assist in problem solving as issues arise throughout the migration process with the goal of expanding and
    optimizing a partner’s usage and long-term success.
  • Facilitate private and 1:
    Many migration sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure relationship leaders are made aware of the status
    of a partner’s migration status.
  • Provide frequent feedback and enhancement recommendations for the process.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
Working Conditions
  • Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location.
  • 0-25% travel may be required.
