IT Business Partner, Operations & Procurement

The IT Business Partner, Sr Mgr (Ops & Procurement) is a leadership role focused on using technology to enhance business performance and enable our digital transformation strategy. The role leads a team of business and functional analysts, partnering with business process leaders and other IT functions to deliver IT business solutions.

• Act as the IT leader within assigned business processes for strategy development, solution discovery and project implementation.
• Oversee demand management execution and be accountable for approved IT initiatives.
• Deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions while identifying cost and productivity improvements.
• Serve as a technologist and catalyst of digital transformation, increasing business agility.
• Lead and manage the team and vendors to develop technology‑enabled business capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with the user community and leadership to understand business conditions and opportunities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with business leaders to gain support for the transformation agenda.
• Develop and implement IT roadmaps, projects and enhancements, ensuring success within the organization.
• Oversee solution launch, maximize impact, and manage budget, project portfolio and KPIs.
• Adhere to reference architectures and standards and ensure smooth transition to sustain functions.
• Provide active support for team members’ development while managing budget, product portfolio, and KPIs.
• Build a strong relationship with IT strategic partners in the managed service model and promote collaboration.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, STEM, computer science, data science, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years of programming, systems analysis or implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience with full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Experience working with third parties and implementation partners.
• Experience working with international teams in a global, 24x7 environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes and functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance) and technologies (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs).
• Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and functional experience with SAP Production Planning, Plant Maintenance and Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of MES and industrial environments.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP Materials Management affecting production processes and SAP Product Costing.
• Desirable knowledge of production planning and execution.
