** ETL Development Guidance:
** Collaborate closely with the Abinitio ETL development team. Translate business and data requirements into technical specifications, providing clear guidance for implementing upstream changes, onboarding new data feeds, and resolving data-related issues.
* 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
* Proven experience in a data-centric role such as Data Steward, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst within the financial industry.
* Deep understanding of general ledger systems, financial reporting, and core accounting concepts.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data schemas and data flows.
* Experience assessing and managing data quality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Experience guiding or working with ETL development teams.
* Experience with relational data models and SQL.
* Hands-on experience with Abinitio or similar ETL tools.
* Familiarity with specific financial systems like Financial Full Suite, Pearl, or DSMT.
* Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
* Master’s degree preferred
