Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the Bay Care system.
- Work extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
- Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
- Participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
- Provide basic phone support and support of mobile devices. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required - 5 years - Computer Related;
Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Associates. - Required - High School or Equivalent;
Preferred - Associates - Related Field;
Preferred - Bachelors - Computer Science
