- Serve as the single technical owner of , ensuring stability, availability, and controlled change management.
- Lead the full lifecycle of website development, architecture, deployment, and long‑term maintainability.
- Own and strengthen the site’s security posture, including secure coding, data privacy, encryption, and access controls.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), performance, and regulatory/quality requirements.
- Proactively identify risks, implement preventative controls, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, regulatory, quality, and IT security to deliver compliant, user‑centered digital solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, or Information Technology, or Computer Systems, or Computer Engineering required.
- 8+ years of professional web development experience with proven ownership of enterprise websites required.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (pharma, biotech, life sciences preferred).
- Ability to independently manage development, documentation, and controlled change processes.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Familiarity with GxP concepts, validation principles, and audit support is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise CMS or headless CMS platforms and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Must reside within a commutable distance of one of our U.S. locations:
Tampa, FL;
Greenwood, SC; or Morristown, NJ
