We are seeking highly cleared professionals at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance. Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Contracts Administrator - Senior to support this mission at Mac Dill Air Force Base, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order.
- Lead and manage multiple CM teams or a large CM department, set performance goals, assign Risk Owners for Task 9 with the TO Risk Register, provide professional development, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
- Architect and oversee implementation of advanced CMDB structures, configuration baselines, and version control strategies to maintain traceability of design modifications across C2
ISR assets. - Direct and control all Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities, establishing meeting cadences, decision criteria, and effective interaction with key stakeholders.
- Provide expert CM support enabling continuous infrastructure management with high integrity and compliance throughout the system lifecycle, advising on configuration identification strategies.
- Develop and enforce enterprise formats, templates, and numbering schemes for configuration management deliverables to ensure standardization and quality.
- Serve as a technical CCM expert, anticipating strategic documentation needs and ensuring robust, adaptable information resources for C2
ISR readiness. - Utilize role-specific tools such as CMDB, version control systems, audit templates, and traceability dashboards.
- Lead Task 9 transition activities, supporting the Task Order Program Manager and Transition Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring Knowledge Transfer (KT) during transition per Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM). This includes reporting on project schedules and deliverables, updating the Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD) for AAS and command review, coordinating startup and transition schedules, monitoring project schedules, and reporting status, progress, forecasts, and risks to the Transition Manager.
Required qualifications:
- Experience as a Task Lead/Configuration Management Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CMC level.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience with BS/BA, or 6 years' experience with MS/MA, or 3 years' experience with a PhD.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
- US citizenship is required.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or newer/equivalent certifications may be acceptable.
Desired qualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III (IAT level) with CE/OS certificate within six months of assignment.

Target Salary Range$80,000 - $128,000. Salary is determined by factors including scope of responsibilities, experience, education, location, and contract considerations. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
