- Procurement and storage of devices at Customer facility
- Staging of devices for Customer in their office location
- Inventory management and tracking at Customer site
- Device imaging and Autopilot profile application
- Device tagging, labelling, and packaging
- Dispatch of devices based on ticket/request
- Ticket-based provisioning and dispatch workflow setup
- SLA tracking and reporting for dispatch and provisioning
- Device replacement and RMA handling
- End-user communication and coordination for delivery
- Feedback collection post-delivery
- Business requirement gathering for dispatch model
- Approval of dispatch model and provisioning strategy
