Client Accounting Advisory Service (CAAS) Solutions Implementation Manager

Saltmarsh is seeking a CAAS Solutions Implementation Manager to oversee the full implementation lifecycle of accounting solutions for our clients. The role includes scoping, design, technology implementation, transition, and ongoing optimization to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and automation in client accounting operations.

• Participate in scoping and pricing for prospects.
• Lead discovery and implementation projects, managing end-to-end delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Own and support process optimization, collaborating with clients to assess workflows, identify pain points, and design optimized processes.
• Lead technology integration, evaluating and implementing new accounting technologies and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Continuously evaluate current processes and technologies, recommending updates or new tools to improve automation and meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and seamless integration of solutions.
• Proactively identify potential implementation issues, develop solutions, and work with clients and internal teams to resolve challenges.
• Oversee client onboarding and training, ensuring successful transition to new systems and providing ongoing support for adoption and long‑term success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions implementation or project management, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing role focused on accounting solutions.
• Strong expertise in accounting processes, financial systems, and automation tools (e.g., ERP systems, cloud‑based platforms).
• Demonstrated success in managing technology integrations and process optimization within an accounting environment.
• Advanced project management skills, including experience with PM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting client needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to stay updated on new industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving accounting best practices.
• Proficiency in , Intacct, and Quickbooks Online.
