Position Concept
The Enterprise Analytics Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of high-value data and AI solutions to one or more areas of the business. The role oversees the end-to-end implementation or enhancement of data-driven and AI solutions, including reports, dashboards, analytics, and extracts, in support of strategic achievement, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation. This is a shared service function for TEC and PGS, enabling the business to extract insights and value from data and AI assets.
Responsibilities include business relationship management, program management, and product lifecycle management.

Direct Supervision: Functional members of analytics delivery teams including SCRUM Masters and Data Analysts.
Indirect Supervision: Technical members of analytics delivery teams, including Data Engineers and Testers.
Relationships- Key Internal:
Business, Data, and IT leaders across TECO and Emera affiliates. - Key External:
Contractors, vendors, and industry associations.
Education
- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution. - Preferred:
Master’s degree with a concentration in a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Licenses/Certifications
- Preferred:
Credentials demonstrating a breadth of knowledge over data science, AI/ML, information management, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
Experience
- Required:
6 years related work experience in business relationship management, program management, and/or data product lifecycle management. - Preferred:
Work experience in a regulated industry (e.g., electric/gas utility).
Supervisory Experience
- Preferred: 3 years experience of leading project teams.
Required
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with business acumen, problem solving, analytical skills, driving for results, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with traditional and emerging systems development methodologies (e.g., SDLC, Agile).
- High level of initiative and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external teams and groups.
- Superior communication skills.
- High level of judgment and problem solving.
- Proficient with MS Office.
